The Recipe Swap - Crockpot
By nottryingforaboy | April 3, 2008
Oh, how I love my crock pot. I really do. I almost love it as much as I love sunbutter, but not quite. So, I got all excited about this week’s recipe theme. Crockpots are a must for my family on Wednesdays. I leave at 8:30am and then between school, therapy, and Kindermusik, we typically aren’t home again until about 5pm. I try to have dinner at 6 when LushMan comes home, and my crock pot makes it so easy.
I couldn’t decide which recipe I wanted to do, but have narrowed it down to one that LushMan and I both like. The kids, not-so-much, but whatever, it isn’t my fault they’re so picky.
Italian Beef
1 chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 can beer
1 jar pepperoncini peppers
1 package Italian seasoning
Dump it all in the crock pot. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. It will fall apart when done. Serve on hoagie buns.
How much easier can it get?

Off topic. Riddle me this. Your google ads are all speech therapy related. Mine are on “bathroom decoration” and “marketing”. Huh??
