Caught

By nottryingforaboy | June 19, 2008

We keep the kids’ plates, cups, and bowls at their level so they can set the table or get themselves a drink. (The plates and stuff are from Ikea by the way. They are made with the safe plastic and are adorable.)

The other day, TheYoungest figured out how to open the drawer. I was in the family room and out of the corner of my eye, I caught her. She was having a great time. I think she thought she found a goldmine.

Spotted from the family room.

She realizes she’s been spotted.

Still chewing on the wrong end of the spoon.

oh, that dimple makes me weak in the knees.

Why is TheOldest taking away all my fun? I didn’t even ask her to pick up the dishes. TheOldest is a little anal and took it upon herself to put them all away while saying “no, baby, no.”

Going back for more.

And after watching her activity for a while and taking all these pictures, I never even realized her butt was wet until I downloaded the shots.

Goodness! She is adorable. I have a cabinet that is designated for the kids to peruse and play with the items that are in it. They LOVE it!

Oh that is like a treasure chest! And a very cheap way to keep her entertained. :) Great series of photos!

You won me over instantly with your blog title! I’m the oldest of three girls and people were always so rude when we were growing up. They would smile sympathetically and say, “Your poor parents.” Made me want to stamp my foot and say, “There’s nothing wrong with girls!”

    Anyway, good for you.

Look at those chunky legs and that big smile! She’s adorable. I love catching babies doing things they aren’t supposed to be doing. hehe

Looks like a great plastic set. I need some good stuff like that.

Your floors are awesome…and so clean!

    Love the photos!
